ESPN is reporting Big Rape has lost his voice!

Anyone else hear this? That should no doubt be a big factor that favors the Jets.

ESPN Radio, not a story. I'm just relaying what I heard.

It was on ESPN before, Suzy Kolber was reporting that Big Ben lost his voice, but that practice proceeded fine. Mike Tomlin said that it just made people even more aware and focused. He did admit that should his voice not improve, they will lose some of their options when they run no-huddle.

I hope it does become a big factor during the game, but keep in mind we're playing at Heinz field. Too bad it's not at the NML or else this game wouldn't even be close.

Too bad It wasn't Tom Brady. We could have had a ball with this.

What makes you say that. I have never been to NMS but have heard it is very difficult to gain a noise advantage.

I've heard the opposite. I think it comes down to the fanbase wanting to get loud or not.

Either way, if he's got no voice there's no way he's going to be able to be heard even if their fans are quiet when he's on the field. We'll have enough people there making noise. It's going to affect their offense negatively and they won't be able to use cadence against us.

Hopefully we take advantage of this.

At this point I don't care what the excuse is, just win the game.

Ben lost his voice, Rex is fat, Brady's gay.

    It's always something!

First you call BS, and then you say "who cares?"

Why so hostile today John? You're amped up... CAN'T WAIT for gameday?

He does that every time the police are looking to question him.

Lol what would happen if they were running a no huddle and our players just start screaming, "LOUD NOISES" "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WE'RE YELLING ABOUT" or just literally loud noises. That would be so funny. I wonder if there's a rule against that though.

You just keep yelling your defensive signals as loud as you can.

You speak like a large person. You don't have to.

In an 11-5 regular season and two big road playoff wins, the season has been tainted enough with all the other stupid distractions that have taken place. I hope it is not so. A victory without any question marks in it are very important.

You can be as loud as you want, you just can't try to mimic the cadence or the snap call.
