    Keep The bolded.
    The rest can go.

Would love to keep Brad Smith but too expensive. Keep Big Cat Ellis if he comes on the cheap.

    Would also cut:
    Vernon Gholston
    Damian Woody
    Bryan Thomas
    LT
    Jason Taylor

So much depends on the $$. I'd keep most of them if the price is right.

I really hope the Jets can upgrade from Folk. Missed too many FG's and his kickoffs are generally very short.

Also, we need 2 new OLB. I guess if Pace could stay on the field for a whole year that would be nice, but the Jets desperately need better edge rushing. At least one new OLB and maybe a new DE.

Try to keep the young, talented offense together. If Rex is going to keep Schotty, as he says, then tell the guy to open it up a bit. Take advantage of 4 very talented receivers (if Holmes and Edwards are resigned).

No. We have too many needs.
I dont think you can tie up that much cap space on WRs.
Braylon does so many things for this team that I think Holmes is the odd man out.
And, correct me if im wrong but isnt Holmes a RFA?? Could we get something in return for him? Maybe another 3rd or 4th rounder?

Holms and Harris are both RFAs pending the new CBA...Mybee we can recoup a pick or 2 for Holms but I would keep Harris

    Bolded stay.

    I'd also cut:

    Gholston
    Scott
    Pace
    Taylor
    Thomas
    Woody
    LT

In general, D needs to be revamped in the DL and LB areas. The LBs need to be completely gutted and built through FA and the draft. O needs the playmakers to stay.

    Oh and.... FIRE SH*TTY !!

LT is okay but I prefer a more powerful type runner for our offense.

I would love to see Edwards and Holmes both back next year, but isn't Holmes one positive drug test away from a full season supsension?

If they can only keep one, its got to be Edwards.

a lot of people are over looking the special teams aspect of guys like laury, brad smith, erick smith, and marquice cole.. i definitely would want to resign most of those guys altho i think brad smith will want too much money... also drew coleman who a lot of us rag on actually had a pretty good year for us blitzing, if he came cheap id definitely like to bring him back.

If you you cut Scott, Pace, Thomas, and Taylor we have 0 linebackers left on the team. I agree we should let go of Thomas and Taylor without a doubt. I'm not against letting go of Scott or Pace but one needs to be retained.
