Brad smith will not be back

According to Adam Schefter Brad Smith will not be back with the Jets.

Really loved your time here Brad and wish you the best of luck in the future as long as you don't sign with the Patriots or Dolphins. Don't be a traitor.

Good luck Brad! Unfortunate part of the business but we had to make sacrifices to get Holmes.

Loved Brad but Westhoff has a history of excellent return men from Justin Miller to Leon to Brad Smith.

    Unfortunately a necessary move.

    Good luck, Brad.

But at least now Schitty can't screw up offensive momentum by going to the WC.

I will miss Brad's wildcat / special teams versatility.
But Jeremy Kerley is gonna be a heck of a return man.

Sad to see him go. He was a great Jet and rescued the team on several occassions. Still its part of business and time to take all the training wheels off Sanchize (looking sternly at u Shoddy)

He gave his all while with the Jets--wishing him the best in the future--as long as its not with the Phins!

I'm not saying Brad Smith isn't talented. He's immensely versatile (gunner/return man/widcat/etc...) I'm not saying he didn't earn a nice paycheck from another team, he certainly did.

But I will say that Mike Westhoff has made sh!t turn to gold on more than one occassion. It's not like he's always had a ton of talent to work with and most of the guys developed disappear elsewhere...

When Mike leaves, I will worry about ST...

What I won't worry about is the fact that Sanchez will touch every snap this year and Westhoff will have his unit ready to play.

Great job, Brad. I wish you the best.
