jets target WR in round 2

    http://www.sbnation.com/2012-nfl-dra...ets/in/2744335

probably a smoke screen, but i wouldnt go for a receiver here...

    how about OLB? S? RT?

WR seems to be a secondary need with Holmes, Kerley, and Shillenz in the fold.

i'd like a WR drafted...particularly a big body...do we need to accomplish that in round 2? not so sure...but if they draft a Sanu etc I wouldn't cry.

OL, LB with speed and cover skills, S.

Sign Braylon Edwards already and you get a proven WR.

We're set with those receivers??? That's probably the second worst set of receivers in the league behind Miami

So true. You dont think defenses will stack 9 guys at the line with those WRs? Good luck being ground and pound with zero threat of passing the ball.

Braylon Edwards is better than what's left on the board. And he can block.

we need to strengthen our porous O line.

that means we will draft the 3rd best receiver available

He is, I agree 100%, but is he even healthy enough to make that determination right now? I dont mind bringing in Braylon at all, I just think the Jets need a plan B just in case if Braylon is not healthy enough or some other team offers him more money. I dont think you can bank on Braylon right now and ignore a WR in the draft.

I just don't understand how we had one of the worse offenses in the league.

And People still want to Ignore the fact we need playmakers. There is not a player on our Offense that scares any opposing Defense.

You guys keep saying were gonna ground and Pound . Good luck with that we have a slow injury prone back and No Deep threat to keep defenses honest.

Stack the box and we already lost.

I was strongly opposed to Hill in the 1st round, I'd love the pick now.

I'd be happy with Hill, Jeffrey, or any O-lineman.

Round 5 sounds better for a plan-b pick.

This is laughable. Holmes has already been called a "cancer" by teamates. Kerley is only in 2nd year. Schilenz is always hurt. Jets always lack at this position. Even if Braylon comes back, we still need a good WR in this draft. I hope Jeffrey falls to the Jets in round 2.

they need to go receiver or OL but I guarantee they pick Upshaw if he is there and then everyone can cry some more about how they know more then the professional people in charge Lets just make sure we call every pick a bust before they even see a practice field let alone some real game time

That is so unfair--in his 2 years this guy was phenominal for the Jets--and THAT'S the real Mark Sanchez too (sorry about the music)
