THIS LOSS IS ON SANCHEZ AND SPARANO

DUMB INTS AND LOUSY PLAY CALLING. WE LOST 2 TIMEOUTS BECAUSE OF CONFUSION. Sparano sucks and Sanchez lost me for good today. McElroy cant be worse

would have been nice if Cumberland didn't set that INT up like a volleyball waiting to be spiked.

Did you even f*cking watch the game? Sanchez made a lot of plays with sh*t WR's, TE's and HB's against the #1 defense in the league! Deflections are just bad luck when they turn into interceptions. I bet less then 25% of all deflections turn into picks and we had 2 tonight. Get a f*cking grip already. McElroy is a noodle armed loud mouthed pr*ck who couldn't beat Chad Pennington in a longest throw competition. Let's bring back Brett Ratliff too, he was a preseason hero as well.

2 lost timeouts in the scheme of an entire 60 minute game is nothing. Poor QB play is an enormous issue in a 60 minute game.

letting the opposing RB run for 100+ yards in the 1st quarter and never getting off the field on 3rd down is just as an enormous issue.

funny no one talks about that around here.

    Nah

It all on the defense, Rex, the OL, the receivers...basically everyone but our starting QB and the supposed leader of our offense.

Sanchez and his craptastic 46% completion percentage and two turnovers (could've easily been 3 with the fumble) only deserve a very small portion of the blame.

Hell, if it wasn't for a great effort by Powell, Sanchez could've added yet another pick 6 to his illustrious resume.

Well wouldn't it have been great to have those 2 timeouts when the Texans got the ball back under 2 minutes? That's is a huge issue.

Sanchez gets more balls batted than Flutie. Dumb play calls cost us 2 timeouts and how many negative yards did we have..... Yeah this wildcat works.

Typical Sanchez postgame presser, basically blaming everything except his own play.

hah, like Sanchez or not, he's usually pretty classy and shoulders a lot of blame in his pressers.

I did in the other thread. I also mentioned the lack of a pass rush as probably the very biggest reason why we lost tonight. Schaub had way too much time in the pocket. That was ridiculous.

Revis, Pouha, Holmes, Hill and Keller may have had a hand in it too.

Sparano maybe but he was working with just a hodgepodge of random players tonight. Hard to kill Sanchez for anything except the throw on the last drive. Not many of us expected so much downfield success throwing against a good secondary. Mark still missed a few, but this was nothing like the miserable performance against the Niners

    Who cares?

    This is football, injuries happen.

The Steelers have been missing Polamalu, Harrison, and Woodley for a good chunk of the season and they haven't become totally inept.
