If the trade with the Lions plays out the way it has been suggested here.
And IF we were to use that number 2 on a wide receiver.Am I right in saying that we would have basically done the following:
    COLES + PICKS 13 AND 22 + A 5TH ROUNDER+ A PLAYER TO BE NAMED
    FOR 1 wide receiver.

You would absolutely be right and that is too much too spend on getting one WR but that might not be enough to get a guy like Robertson!Imagine that Defensive Line! THOMAS/ROBERTSON/EVANS/ABE(ELLIS, HARPER,KLECKO)

Not that I disagree with you about that trade not being a good one but actually you arent correct. Coles and the 13 pick are the same thing. We lost Coles and we received that pick. So its more like Coles+22+5th rounder+ player to be named lata.

assuming it happens... which I doubt it will.
it's going to be a receiver taken. no doubt...
and it's probably going to be Rodgers not Johnson...
since he is a much more fluid and natural receiver...

No way they trade up to select defense.
If they really want to improve on defense, than don't trade up at all
and use two picks in the first round... at least that's my opinion.

either way, it should be interesting come Sat..
