yeah 127 today...but they took him out with a 1 run lead and of coarse leave it up to Borowski to blow it and give up a 3 run dinger...bum

    Why dont you ask JonEJinx?

He'll give you a definate answer one way or the other...of course it will be the opposite of what he says...

You'll be lucky if he plays along though...most of the time he is either downright irritable...or on the rag

Prior's got the arm to be a star for a long time. It's tough to predict future status on young pitchers, since you never know how injuries will come into play.

Or drugs, as in Gooden's case.

The Yankees couldn't afford his asking price when they drafted him. So it looks like the new economic system is working. That is if the goal is to keep the Yankees down.

The goal absolutely is to keep the Yankees down...though no Yankee fan has the right to cry about it just yet!

and the words "Yankees" and "can't afford" should never be in the same post. You may be the first neophyte Yankee fan in all of history to cry poverty. Congratulations, Max.

Lastly, the new economic system is very much NOT working...Attendance at places like Oakland, Toronto, Minnesota, and Montreal still sucks, even though every team is a legit contender. but at least we can count on a Yankee flameout...so there may be SOME parody in MLB for the first time in a long time.

We'll see about the Yankee flameout.

I guess that's all you BoSox crew can hope for - since you can't win on your own merits (or lack of thereof).
