Cowboys Abruptly Release QB Quincy Carter
The Cowboys made a shocking move Wednesday morning, cutting starting quarterback Quincy Carter for unspecified reasons. Both Jerry Jones and Bill Parcells would not elaborate why Carter was sent home from Oxnard, Calif. Jones said he was "extremely disappointed" with Carter and Parcells very tellingly added he could "not risk having him in the (future) plans." The move paves the way for Vinny Testaverde to be the team's starting quarterback and leaves a huge question mark at backup.

I was away all day yesterday at Hershey Park. I saw one of the worst forms of child abuse I have ever seen there too. There was a guy there who made his kids wear Patriots Stuff. I offered to send the kids some nice Jets Gear, but apparently the guy has no sense of humor. DAMN CHOWDS!!!!

I hear "Lam" Jones may turn out to be a bust.

I think he should work out okay.

    It's just what I'm hearing.
