Yesterday game the referees seem to be in a complete fog- every single penalty there was like a 5 minute discussion with all the refs.
Also how many people saw one of the referees do a great takedown of a Jet player that I could not get the number. Better takedown than you get on WorldWide Wrestling Federation.

    Those officials were horrendous...

What are the consequences for bad officiating? Do they get reviewed on Monday, and told to take a seat the following week after a performance that bad? If not, they should.

BTW, the ref that took down Game Day looked like a pretty tough old s.o.b.

A good chunk of that crew might not be able to get jobs doing high school games by next fall. How the hell do you give the ball to the Texans' center on that punt and then pull that "not ready" crap when the snap hits one of'em? The bapass that Carr threw was another one;He threw to a spot after his receiver cut the wrong way. The NFL has to be embarrassed that any game was refereed so pporly.

My personal opinion is that the Jets have not had the greatest crew of refs this year. There were several games where the Jets got called for roughing the passer, and they were poor calls.

I still believe that everything evens out after the year is over.

15-yard penalty and they spot the ball only 10 yards, the play is about to happen and then they realize that they didn't move the ball 15 yards! Gotta love the refs going over to the sidelines to use the phone after one of the calls...they were terrible yesterday!

I have to feel Herm feels the same way, he stayed remarkably composed during all of yesterday's nonsense...or he just didn't notice. j/k Herm

The best line of the year from this officiating crew on the Texans punt from their end zone that everyone was not ready.
That is like when I was growing up playing stickball an excuse I would make. That and do over.
