Thread: Was Ricky Ray waived and assigned to the PR?

    I may have missed the transactions the last week or so. When Pennington came back on the roster was Ray waived and reassignd to the PR? If i am not mistaken when a player goes off the active roster he has to be exposed to all other teams in the league before going back on the PR, is that correct?

    Ray is still on the roster as far as i know - the JETS are carrying 4 QB on the 53 man...
