-the eric allen game 28-7 lead game
    -the Raiders sunday night dibacle
-1999 1st game vinny goes down
    - a game against houston in 92/93 was really tough for me
-Herms 1st game ( man I thought we were in trouble with him after that game)

    all seemed worse

    COME ON GUYS.....

Those are all good but what about Bills/Jets 1980. The Todd int in the endzone.

yep two years ago everyone was ready to throw in the towel and the task at hand was much harder that year..

    Worse home loses:

    1. spike game
    2. Eric Allen Game
    3. Lions game in 2000

-as a 25 yr old jet fan whos been suffering for 17 years, {since 1988 }heres my list:
    - week 1, 1999 was the worst for me. i thought that was our year for sure. our olny weakness was backup qb.
-i say the 2000 conclusion was 2nd for me bc i thought we had a chance to make some noise, plus we were moving the ball at will vs their legendary D.
-the fake spike is 3rd bc of who it was and the fact we were 4-33 after the game til bill showed up

    honarable mentions {so many}-
    ---jets-lions 97'-
    --- jets-oilers 93'
    --- jets-bills 93' "the cary blanchard game"
    --- jets-niners 98'- i think hearst is still running
    -- jets- bears 02'
    -- jets-bills 01'
    ---jets-eagles 96'
    --jets-ravens 04
    ---jets-raiders 99

That was the '81 wildcard playoff game....Bruce Harper muffing the opening kick.

There have been a millenium of regular season loses that were worse then yesterday as they meant a lot more.

DJ your right on the money . Lions in 00 was one of the worst home losses ever and since at the time I wasnt going to the games when the fake spike occured , the lions game was my worst game ever attended. Pats game yesterday wasnt even the worst of the season , it was by far Baltimore.

Chicago game in 91 I believe. Leahy missing XPs, Blair Thomas fumbling near the end zone, missing FGs in OT, oly to lose in 0T

Forgive me, but the Eric Allen game? My memory fails me. Anyone?
