Burress is garbage! id much rather have Porter. off that list i want in order

    John Abraham
    Walter Jones
Pace might as well get rid of Fabini
    Jason Ferguson
Adrian Wilson make him a safety
    Smoot unless Rolle is released
    Lamont Jordan

Adrian Wilson is a safety. Either him or Darius would be excellent pickups. Walter Jones is far fetched... I dont see that happening... I could see us making a run at Woodson or Smoot... Does anyone know what kind of cap figures we are dealing with?

Think the Cards will let go of Wilson, a former first rounder? I would love to see him in Green and White, he had a pretty good season last year, and has a knack to make big plays.

IF we can get Pace or Jones, and perhaps go after a stud like Porter we can address the CB position in the first round of the draft. Also we may wanna approach Woodson, even as malcontent as he has been over the last couple of years when healthy he is a top 5 CB in this league, it immediately updates our Defense to a top 5 - and we were a top 10 this year with second tier CB's.

Our priority will and should be offense, we gotta get a solid veteran WR in the offseason. We also gotta approach our CB situation and sign our own FA's...a lot to do!

Obviously I'd like to see us grab W.Jones / Plaxico / Smoot etc..... but the economic realities will make that impossible.....so.....

I'd start by franchising J.Abraham.....when he's in the game he's a difference maker and they are too rare to allow to walk off.....

Re-sign K.McKenzie to the big bucks deal he's gonna command.....He's not perfect and will eat up alot of cap space but he's more than an adequate RT and I'd like to see the O-Line kept intact to build on this years performance.....

Re-sign L.Jordan.....to a backloaded big money deal that guarantees he'll get about 1/2 the snaps in '05 and be the man in '06 and beyond.....

Re-sign J.Ferguson.....this may cost more than we origionally thought because I think he'll be much sought after...but...he seems to want to stay and try to win a championship here and does a decent job inside.....

Allow our other free agents not mentioned above to come back on cap friendly terms or seek employment elsewhere.....then SIGN.....

A.Vinitieri.....OVERPAY.....I DON'T CARE.....THROW OBSCENE AMOUNTS OF CASH AT HIM.....If we plan on being in close games next year with a team that may be in Super Bowl contention then we've got to have him.....He's not a LUXARY...He's a NECESSITY.....bring him in at 12:01 on the first day of free agency and lock the doors and do not let him leave until he's signed.....tell him he's setting a new standard for how kickers are gonna be paid forever, then stuff cash down every open orafice in his body but GET IT DONE !.....and.....the fact that it will hurt the Pats is just an extra added bonus !.....

F.Jones { TE Ariz }.....Shouldn't break the bank and would provide Chad an excellent target over the middle which certainly won't hurt.....

That's about it cause I think after that we'll be cash strapped and maybe able to add some complimentry type players.....

Walter Jones is going to get a REALLY insane contract. There is no chance the Jets are part of that bidding.

Out of that whole list there is only one guy we need, one man that will change this whole team and bring them right to the Super Bowl.

    Eddie George

Forget Lamont, the senior citizen backfield with Curtis will rush for 3,000 together.
